Help! I didn't get my tickets/receipt!
 

If you have purchased tickets but did not receive a receipt or your tickets yet, follow these steps to get them.

If you purchased tickets for pavilion entrty:

The receipt would have been sent to you within 5 to 10 minutes of your purchase.  Attached to the receipt will be a PDF file, which contains your tickets. Print that file to gain admission to the pavilion.   If you did not receive that e-mail, check the following:

A) If you use hotmail.com, live.com, outlook.com, or certain other e-mail providers, and you have not purchased tickets from TixiT Ticket Company before, it is possible that your e-mail provider redirected the receipt to your quarantine/junk/spam folder.   Check that folder for an e-mail from TixiT.  If you find it, be sure to flag it as a valid e-mail/add TixiT.ca as a safe sender

B) If it is not in your spam/junk folder, log in to your account at folklorama.tixit.ca and look at your order history.  Check to ensure you have completed your order.  If it is there, you can re-send the tickets to yourself again.

C) If you still can't find it, contact us via one of the different ways listed on this website.

If you purchased a Vickar Multi-Pack:

The receipt would have been sent to you within 5 to 10 minutes of your purchase.  Note that you will not be sent any copy of the Multi-Pack, instead you will redeem that package online on the site.  (You will receive the actual redeemed tickets as you claim them).  NOTE: You do NOT need the receipt to begin claiming your pavilion tickets, you only need to be logged in to the same account you purchased with.
